Holiday Inn BANDUNG PASTEUR

I had pleasant stay here. We get the room as we request (with city view). Overall facilities is awesome. The staff are helpful. The food is delicious.

At first when I got into the parking lot, the lot is quite shabby for holiday inn, went out to lobby, still bit shabby but not in all, front desk tells me that I got upgrade into 1 higher room than the one that I've booked. Good news. Went to elevator seems that there are not enough signs saying regarding social distancing within the elevator well I can't blame the hotel for customer barging in to the elevator when it is clearly said only 4 people with foot sticker on the floor, went back to the hallway just like I imagine not the typical holiday inn I'm expecting, the best part is see the photos, the door lock for terrace, it can't be closed, no matter what you do, the door won't shut, because the lock is broken! Let me just say my prayer for tonight that I won't get robbed or so. Thanks holiday inn.

First time at Holiday Inn Pasteur. Friendly service, abundant breakfast menu.

The hotel is clean, great. Breakfast variants are many and varied.

Strategic hotel, spacious parking. The check-in process is very fast. Requests for extra beds were delivered immediately before arriving at the room even though check-in was midnight. There is a spot that sells old school snacks, children are very happy. Breakfast is various and delicious, especially the porridge is delicious. The hotel staff was quick to help me with a baby. It's great, want to stay here again if you go to Bandung again.

Actually, I really like staying here. Clean, good service, complete facilities. It's just a shame that guests who stay here don't have parking facilities, so they have to pay for parking. I can't imagine how much it will cost for parking if you want to stay here a week.

Nice clean rooms and toilets. Spacious, nice bed. Hopefully the service can be improved. Especially the timeliness of check-in.

Why not satisfied? Staying here without a plan. As long as Pasteur is other than other hotels, I really want to stay here, so yesterday I was looking for a price that was really expensive but I got a promo. Early check-in is normal, ask for a room facing the main road, it's said to be okay but just when the room faces the side street of the hotel. Yes, because I'm tired, I'm lazy to ask for a room change. When I went to the bathroom, it turned out that the shower was a little over the head and we had to press it for a long time so that it could be used. In the class of a 4-star hotel, the bathroom toilet is only soap, shampoo and toothbrush, while in the hotel. Even 3 stars still provide combs, shower cups and cotton buds and one more room refrigerator does not work at all not cold. Not satisfied because the price is expensive to get such facilities, especially the TV channel does not have a list.

Read first before staying. First I ordered it stated that there were bathtub facilities. It's known that you don't get bathtub facilities, so before ordering, ask the hotel for the class of the room, can you get a bathtub or not. The second 4-star hotel in the room has a cockroach, in my opinion, it's quite embarrassing.
