Some parts of the room seems really old and needs retouch but in overall it was a great experience. The location is also perfect with lots of cafes, bars, and groceries in surroundings!

for 2 nights the AC was hot, so we cant sleep. we complain about it 3 times, and then finally we move to another room. my Husband fall down in front of the reception counter because of the wet floor, they didnt put sign on it. The receptionist did not help him at all, didnt bother to ask is he ok or not, for me that is zero score for them. After complain about that, and ask for the manager, then they start pay attention on it. Over all, my experience stay at this hotel was not very good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seminyak. Stayed for 8 nights, and was very impressed. Staff were wonderful, food was great, facilities clean. Love that it has a gym and pool on the roof top. Close to all the shops, restaurants and bars of seminyak so everything is within walking distance. Rooms are located at the back of the hotel, so you still get a peaceful good night sleep.
