The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kuta and Legian. Cleanliness is lacking, and parking is very cramped, especially for motorbikes, which requires moving to the back. The hot water kettle is also rusty, so I don't dare use it. The bathroom lid is not secure and can come off.

everything is good, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the staff are friendly... only the wifi is intermittent and the phone in the room can't be used so if you want something it's difficult to call the receptionist 😔.

Strategic location in Kuta, quite friendly staff, there is no parking for cars but Valley can help, the rooms are standard budget hotels but there is a note, there are lots of small cockroaches in the toilet and room because maybe the room is a bit stuffy, please pay attention, thank you.

The staff insisted on a direct assessment and took my phone away unilaterally. This is actually not allowed. What right do we have to assess you? If I were the manager, I would fire you. I've never had anything like this happen to me in any hotel I've stayed at, only at Hotel NEO Jelantik!

The hotel facilities are quite complete for a price of around 200 thousand. It's close to Kuta beach, but the only downside is that there are small cockroaches in the toilet area. Maybe pest control needs to be looked at again.
