Staying at New Hill Room Stay has the advantage of easy access to culinary, because once we get out of the hotel welcomed directly by various types of food archipelago. Also directly to the shopping mall. From here also easy access to various places with ease of go car. The most memorable adalaah berdahatan with Al-Arafah Mosque, every 5 times we can pray in congregation in this magnificent mosque that has a four-story tower, where we can see the city of Batam from a height. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros-well air conditioned and located inside the mall. Convenient to go here and there. Staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Cons-found cockroaches in the room on my 2night stay. Towel provided are shabby and bedsheet got yellow spots. No kettle or free bottled water but there is water dispenser outside the room. No mirror on the toilet and window is quite small (limited view). Also could slightly hear the TV voice from the room beside.

For the receptionist who has the signature above, can't respect guests, doesn't have ethics and manners, Gofood driver is waiting and falls asleep, keeps knocking on the room and talking loudly and impolitely while glaring, like he's going to rob someone!

Sorry, based on the information we got, you ordered food via the application and it was delivered around 00.30. Then the GoF*d driver has contacted you, and you answered that he would come down to pick up the food you have ordered. The driver has been waiting for about 15 minutes, but you haven't gotten off yet. So the reception staff took the initiative to help deliver your food to your room. Because other than officers are prohibited from going up to the accommodation area. We apologize if there are any wrong attitudes and behavior that are not pleasing to your heart. If you are very fussy this place will not be for you. Location is fantastic but there are lots of roaches running around. Room is OK, we took standard room.

The waiter was not professional enough to work too much chat among fellow employees who do not deserve to be heard in front of guests. Overall pretty decent because of the strategic location. Maybe next time just choose around the mall.
