As usual it always have fun staying in Amaris. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Nice room and tea maker is available now (smart room). Didn't know was under renovation till maybe end year. Should have announced. Start drilling at 10am, super noisy. Location was good. Breakfast variety acceptable.

The BCC Hotel & Residence Batam
The inaccessibility to other floors in the lift service was very very poor. I couldn't visit my friends and always had to borrow their card. On top the lift doesn't seem to work for the floors we selected instead it goes to the lobby. Inefficient and time wasting.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

The staff very helpful and room are huge for both of us, and the location near by street foods so at night we just walk over there and enjoy night supper.

Kings Hotel Nagoya Batam
Staff was friendly. Concierge was prompt when collecting luggages from the room. Hotel was old, Room was not as clean for a 4 star hotel, stained bedsheet, aircon was dripping water suspect aircon filter dirty and not clean. Overall stay for 1 night transit was normal like any 3 star hotel. Traveloka should change it the hotel star rating to 3 as this isn't a 4 star hotel standard.
