Super nice! The receptionists are super friendly and helpful! I asked a change of room because mine is not really what I wanted and they kindly arranged it for me! I had trouble with the TV and other stuffs so I asked to change the room and they're totally cool with it! So be sure to ask the receptionist if you have trouble because they're willing to help you. Place is nice and strategic! Really close to a 24hr mini market, biggest gift shop, and center of the city. Overall, it was really nice! Definitely would book again if I'm back to Bali.

I stayed for 4 nights 5 days and it was great! The bedroom is clean and comfy. The interior at the lobby is so calm and natural. The location itself is strategic, not too far from supermarket like Papaya & Grand Lucky. And there is a great spa nearby! The staffs are so helpful & friendly. They did a good job. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Bali! I wish I could stayed longer. Thank you, Swiss Belhotel-Rainforest🌿

Building (2/5): Needs more proper maintainace. Stained carpet and seeps on the wall here and there. Location (5/5): Very strategic at the main road. Many good restaurants and one big supermarket nearby. Parking (1/5): This is the second reason I rate 1 star. Mostly have to park at the open field at the backyard. It's very annoying. Room (3/5): Quite spacious with leisure chair and working table. Comfy bed with clean sheet. Doors need repair or change. Amenities (3/5): Complete basic amenities. Super slow wifi. Shaky electric socket at the working table. Service (1/5): Good hospitality but this is the main reason I give 1 star. They don't make up the room on the fourth day, and I have to complain twice and wait for almost 1 hour for cleaning. Conclusion: Decent budget hotel at the heart of the city and that's all.

When we checked in, no one greeted us and was confused when we checked in. The room is okay, you can smoke right away. Breakfast is okay according to Indonesian tongue.

Plus, - strategic location. - soft mattress. Minuses. - wifi zone on the 5th floor, wifi signal only 2 bars and likes to turn off. , mouthwash cup, hand towel, toilet tissue (2nd day of stay), cup and teapot unfortunately hid in the cupboard, as a result the cup and teapot smell of the cupboard. - food, tastes B only, nothing special in terms of taste (sorry) - day first the TV turns itself off until it has to be replaced with a new TV unit. - bucket ice pays 10 thousand. But the most important thing for me is the air conditioner, which only blows wind, it's not cold, so I sleep without a blanket.
