The staff are all friendly, the food choices are delicious and varied. There are 2 pools on the rooftop and below so it's not too crowded.

The hotel is close to the toll road, the pool is child-friendly and the bay view rooms are highly recommended.

Basically, if you come here, don't include breakfast, there is no variation at all for 2 nights here, the taste is also not good, the worst thing is that children above 6 years old must pay 75,000 until they come to the room and ask them to pay, even though my child only ate 2 fried eggs, it's still 75,000. Not recommended if you don't have breakfast, the menu is not delicious and there are lots of termites/flies.

The hotel quality is not up to par. When we arrived it was already night, but we had called the hotel beforehand. Requesting a non-smoking room, we were given a room that smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. The bathroom in the room also smelled of urine.

Nice hotel. It is suitable to stay here if you are traveling to Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Tanjung Benoa. I even stayed for 2 days even though the tourist destination was only 1 day here. Thanks Crystal Bay.

Service is ok. Room is spacious. Price is relatively cheap. TV is not android yet. Needs rejuvenation.

My experience and review of my stay in the family loft suites with sofa bed: 1. The check-in process was quite long, our family booked the hotel on the day, the initial information was that the room was available, but preparing the room took 2-3 hours. Does it take that long to prepare the room? (even my wife had to be firm with the receptionist, then they helped her faster) 2. The kitchen sink was broken. kitchen sink made but no dining utensils provided (why?) 3. The outdoor part of the room is not maintained, the AC water from the upper room drips all the time, the chair is dirty and wet due to being exposed to AC water, so it is not comfortable to sit on 4. The door to the master bedroom has no lock, so if you bring family you have to be careful if the door is suddenly opened when changing clothes 5. Maybe you can pay attention to our reservation where we were, where the room stated a maximum of 4 adults & 1 child, but only 2 mineral waters were provided and only 2 cups. The TV in the master bedroom was also broken 6. The food is quite varied and delicious, it's just that the doneness of the chicken must be checked, when I stayed there.. the chicken curry/soup menu provided was undercooked 7. (Important!!) The placement of the water heater and refrigerator under the stairs is very uncomfortable, my head hit the corner under the stairs 4 times and got a lump

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it felt really satisfying, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. When I ordered drinks + food at the restaurant, it was a shame that I couldn't pay using Qris and had to pay with cash. Next time I will stay again at the Crystal Hotel

Will not be back! Hotel needs major renovation. Lots of mosquitoes.
