The staff is friendly, good service, only the bathroom when I stayed the hot water was off and the sink water was cloudy and a bit smelly, but it's okay, will stay here again! Keep improving.

Great hotel, great location. Maybe the parking system needs to be improved. Have to validate the TNG every time you leave the hotel, kind of a hassle.

To clarify that the car park is managed by an independent operator, where public parking is charged on an hourly basis. As a hotel guest, you are entitled to a special flat rate of RM5 per 24 hours, which is applicable upon validation at our Front Office. We understand that the validation process may feel inconvenient, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us review ways to improve the guest experience.
