ibis Amsterdam Centre

Excellent location near Amsterdam Centraal and easily accessible by train from the airport Walkable distance to all sightseeing opportunities. Canal cruises and attraction and museums. Would stay again

It was a great place to stay and the staff were very helpful. We even left some Personal items with them until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was very good. So fresh. Homemade butter, cheese, jams and bread. Dutch made. Very very convenient to walk the city. We have stayed there many times and would again.

Room was strong sticky smoke small that got into all my clothes

Great stay. Train station right underneath the hotel but was super quiet. Small room but so close to everything. Would stay here again.

Loved the proximity of this place to everywhere and then there is public transportation to train station right there. They have good family rooms

Breakfast not included. They didn’t accept any cash, just cards. Room was small, but clean. No amenities, not a cup of coffee or tea, no kleenex in the room. No face washcloth, but that is typical in Europe. The hotel was located a block from the central train station, very convenient to everything! Great place.

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Location was super convenient. Breakfast had lots of options and tasty. Room was extremely small to an uncomfortable degree for 2 people to use and get ready in. Rooms were adjoining and the neighbors were very loud partying until 3am and there was no room phone to call the front desk to complain about this. Unlikely to return

The room was very small but very expensive. I had a room with the river view which is amazing! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Very, very tiny hotel. I stayed in a triple room with my parents, and it was so small we could barely move around haha. Also, although they had lockers, only a few were available, so I had to rent two lockers for three small bags, which cost 20 euros.

Great location. Room size great for 2 and clean, AC was cool enough for 90 degree heat. Staff friendly would 100% stay again.

The location is very conveniently. It’s closed to the Amsterdam station centre. If want to restaurant, boat tour, “Kiss and Ride” which is Uber pick up point, etc., only take 3-5 minutes walk. The staffs are very helpful and kindly. The breakfast is great though need to pay. The room is pretty small for us, because we had two large suitcases, otherwise it was great.

Good location

The hotel is well situated at the center of everything. However, if you like tiny rooms and an upgrade from hostel, then this is for you. The AC was not working properly, the safe instructions were not clear and I have asked for help from the night concierge and he said that someone will come by, and no one did. I stayed 3 nights, no help what so ever. They should at least have a small kettle with tea and coffe as most hotels have. Then again they will have to build a shelf on the wall as the room is so small. Also, if you are over 180lbs, you will not fit in the bathroom or shower. I am not big and it was really uncomfortable to use. But again, it's clean and good location.

The location is truly what makes this property special. Steps from the Central Station, freeies, shopping, and so forth. The property itself is fine, the rooms are a very nice size on European standards. The staff were helpful on the few occasions we needed their assistance.
