The staff here are very enthusiastic and lovely. The hotel room is clean, beautifully furnished, cozy, with a view overlooking the old town. I lost my room card, like other places I had to pay. But the staff here did not ask me to pay and happily gave me a new room card. It was wonderful to stay here.

Impressive! It was my best room (I booked deluxe double) with the most complete amenities I've ever had (even the facial foam, hair ties, cotton bud - everything you need). They provide a heater for cold days. The bathtub and modern toilet were dope. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely a great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were cozy and clean, with good water quality too. The location is perfect – right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to many shops and tourist attractions. Their breakfast was nice, and I loved that they served pho every day – my comfort food while in Vietnam. The staff were extremely friendly, which made us feel welcome. We even decided to book again after our two-day trip to Sapa, staying here for a total of four room nights. Definitely a place we’d return to next time!
