Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport . The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

As Vietnamese government regulation, please provide us all guests personal information by sending your passports photo (including Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Passport number). Syrena transfer: We arrange shuttle bus from Old Quarter Hanoi to Halong and versa with fee of $30/person/round trip pick up at your hotel within the Old Quarter area. If you would like to use this service, please kindly let me know your wanted pick up location at least 2 days before your check in. In case you do not use Syrena transfer, please be informed that Syrena Cruises departures at 12:30 in Number 27 Tuan Chau Marina Port, Tuan Chau Island, Halong City. Please stay there at no later than 12:00PM on the arrival date. Please contact via Phone or What'sApp Mr. Tam +84 353 845 406 or Mr Son: +84 38 6955 721 when reaching there. And please inform us your driver's phone number so that we can find you easily at crowded pier. We are not responsible for late-coming guests.
