We had the ocean view room, it exceeded all expectations. The most beautiful view of the city and the crazy waves. Absolutely gorgeous apartment! My young kids loved it! Clean and comfortable. Amenities amazing as well. Didn’t get to try out the theatre or VR golf but everything else was great!

The 2 bedroom apartment is great, really spacious and full kitchen perfect for a family. The pool is a good size with enough sunbeds. Has a good sauna, spa and steam room. Location is great right next to the tram station and 10 minute walk from Surfers Paradise. The lift situation was really poor. One lift was out of service our entire stay so it could take up to 20 minutes to get down to the lobby or back up to our room. The lift was also often full because of this which made the wait even longer. It really impacted the stay when we had to have extended waits or plan our lift trips.

The theater is a very nice add on. The kids enjoyed that a lot.
Good location.
During our 9 day stay, they only came once to clean and we had to ask them to vacuum because they said they usually don't do it.
Kitchinery is too basic, knives are very few and don't cut. No essentials like salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment, they upgraded us to a penthouse suite. Was beautifully furnished and spacious. Only issue was the washing machine was not working. Had maintenance come 3 times and couldnt get it working, otherwise would have given 5 stars.
