Beds very comfortable bathroom clean. Curtains old and unkempt. Entrance to rooms needed a good vacuum .

Great location for our needs. Very large room size, and was very comfortable. Super friendly staff

We stayed in the family room and were pleased with the space and cleanliness. A little outdated but didn't affect the functionality. We paid extra for breakfast and were really pleased with the buffet breakfast for the price we paid. Will gladly stay here again!

The bathroom had water leakages, and the water flowed into the bedroom, leaving the carpet under the bed damp. The bed was old and badly worn, with a noticeable dip in the centre that couldn’t properly support two adults. It was very uncomfortable and left us with back pain after sleeping on it. The curtains also didn’t close fully, which affected privacy and blocked very little light. Overall, the room felt outdated, poorly maintained, and overdue for refurbishment. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Had a good experience staying there for 2 days. Close to the places that we planned to go with kids.

The room were old and looks dirt. We stayed for 2 nights, 2 rooms. Both rooms experienced itchiness while in bed. Cannot find any visible bugs, but in bed we feel itchy. Bathroom is small, shower is old, shower screen is dirty. Water pressure is great 👍.

Overall - terrible, but do yourself a favour and look else where and save yourself a headache dealing with this hotel.

Noisy and unclear rooms

Positives. -Clean room and ready upon arrival. 2pm. -Check-in straight as we came in, no wait. -Buffet breakfast food was good and good selection for the price. -Dinner was convenient and quick. I ordered to take away and eat in the room as kiddos were tired. -Water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Bathroom albeit shower over bath and hard to get in, was renovated as advertised and clean. -Great hairdryer provided. -Kids loved the milk provided too. Negatives. -Buffet breakfast was chaotic and super busy. Great coffee machine but slow. Always a queue at coffee machine, toaster and pancake machine. They ask you to eat in 45min but you got to wait 10min for each item. -No daily room service/cleaning but they provide anything you need extra if you ask reception and I guess it keeps the cost down. -Swimming pool is outdoor and not heated. -Room 322 the aircon was super noisy and also weird smell of bleach or chlorine coming in at night. -It is not within walking distance to anything. -No soundproofing. Could hear everything from a child coughing all night to conversation in other room. -Carpark is confusing. -Front desk was not knowledgeable of area nor events happening upon check in. Overall. I would recommend for families on a budget and for the price of under $150/night including breakfast(4) and carpark on wkend and school holidays, hard to get better value nearby. It's definitely not 4stars but a great 3stars. Value for money. No frills.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service. I had a genuine emergency that prevented me from arriving as planned. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only whether it would be possible to move my booking to another date. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
