Good location, clean, tidy and perfect size room for a family.

A friendly greeting on arriving and departure, comfortable bed, very clean and quiet.

From checkin (which we did hours before 2pm) to check out. The whole stay was amazing. The staff is top notch… the reception staff even printed out puzzles for my daughter to do while we were having happy hour! If we come back to Canberra we shall stay again

Good clean rooms. Cafe/restaurant on site with good service. Not bad for a budget hotel

No Restaurant available. No gym available. No laundry room available. No housekeeping without payment. Free wifi only works for 24hours. Air conditioning restricted so cannot be controlled. No Bar. No room service. Got charged for breakfast despite booking and paying already. The advertised amenities are not available. 2 other guests started shouting at me and stole food off my plate at breakfast. And the breakfast was disgusting - bacon all fat, sausages pale and all skin, even the hash browns are rubbery. Sauces were over sweet and rubbery too. Why were there green beans in the baked beans? Barely a place to sit, and mess and old plates everywhere. Think there was only 3 people - 2 chefs and 1 FOH. Chef had to keep coming out to deliver food, whilst FOH accused everyone of not paying for breakfasts. Pool is dirty, UNHEATED, and in shade all the time. Room was dirty and old. There was no duvet cover, and the duvet was yellow and dirty. Hotel overall dirty and uncared for. Amenities they advertised were not available - straight up false advertising. Avoid this place. Expedia attempted to contact them for a refund but haven't been able to get in touch. Sums it up.

The staff friendly but the room its not good

Beautiful fresh breakfast but do not leave it too late. I came downat 9am there was hardly a place to sit. My room was spacious & the bath room was big & excellent.

Stayed weekend and no one fresher the room or emptied bins. No fresh towels. Linen left in the corridor

Incredibly helpful & responsive staff. Our room was pretty good in terms of cleanliness but could've been a bit better. Great value for money & would recommend :)

No tv working parking at a premium

The TV has a set top box so has two remote controls with no instructions. When i tried to call reception telephone in the room was broken. I tried to call their landline from my mobile and just got on an endless option list and no one answered the two calls i made so i had to walk up to reception. Someone from reception then had to come to my room and fix it. Parking is very tight. on both nights i had to park right at the back of the property in the dirt with no lights. My security door card stopped working on the second day and had to be re-programmed. Breakfast was $25 and was pretty average. White or wholemeal bread for toast only, with a line up at the toaster. Coffee machine made terrible coffee. So for $178 a night a think it was a bit rich and would try somewhere else next time.

Don't think you can get food or drink on an Easter Monday, wish someone had let us know,... Expedia or the hotel

Pet has to charge $60 extra The room is not sound proof , i keep waken up my traffic and people out side. The curtain not light proof too and not full covering the window .

Parking is free which is great. We’ve stayed here quite a few times when visiting family for the night, this stay was our worst yet. We stayed in room 712 which is near the reception & there was an annoying noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Like a base sound, could have been a dryer maybe, but it wasn’t. Maybe outside air con units? Not sure. I investigated but couldn’t figure it out. The pillows were also awful mesh things. Breakfast was good though. Will probably still stay again, but definitely won’t stay in 712 again if I can help it!
