The hotel is perfectly serviceable, don’t expect any frills or renovated rooms. Expect a few broken bits and pieces in your room. Ultimately - fine for a night or two if you’re planning on spending little time in the room.

Comfortable. Reasonable size apt. Clean but worn. Pool is small, too small. Small supermarket near by. Check in was good, polite & helpful staff.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked nicely. When checking in another staff member checking another guest in made a mistake and had to delay me at least 10-15 minutes as she needed the computer I was being checked in with. That showed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude. As the employee that was serving me was very professional and polite, her training was definetly on show. That was the only down point but it could also stem to more situations like this and get the wrong customer who will be rude and entitled in the situation. Other than that I’d happily stay again and recommend it

Lovely place for a few weeks of stay

Although this property is a little distant from the City centre it is walkable and accessible by public transport. The room was a good size wirh quite a large bathroom. The room was quiet and the reception staff were very helpful and cheery.

Nice big room clean great staff

The pool was out of order so we couldn’t use it wasn’t on there website. No one told us. Very friendly staff,no-one can just walk in as you need a key after 830 at night. I was very happy and quite impressed!

Friendly easy access well priced

Property needs a good make over! Room needs new paint and furniture is from last century. Bathroom was filthy with built up grim and mould and overall room was not clean. There is no overhead lighting in bedroom and no PowerPoint beside each side of the bed, very inconvenient. No blanket in the room. Too noisy to leave door open for air, balcony was not worth having. Noisy dirty small and overlooked nothing. Pool and gym area are very outdated and not enjoyable at all. By the time you pay for parking on top of room cost you are better to find another hotel. Car parking…. Don’t have a normal size car. We had a very small mg and it was awful to park. Passenger had to get out so you could park right on one side for driver to even get out. They did leave a nice message and bottle of wine in room but it doesn’t really make up for the quality of the room or facilities.

Road works right outside our window every day. No hot water in the showers for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed here

Very friendly staff. Great location. The bar staff were a little slow and could pour a beer properly, however they were nice.

Very noisy, walls were paper thin. Room felt a bit dirty, like a 2 star hotel. Liked the shampoo dispensers etc that was in the room though.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! My friends and I booked 2x two bedroom apartments for one night to celebrate my birthday. The hotel bent over backwards to make us welcome. We were allowed to check in a little earlier, they provided apartments next to one another, they upgraded us to two bathroom apartments, they left a personalised card and bottle of wine for my birthday, and they let us check out a little later too! Exemplary service and communication. The apartments were very clean and well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much once again!

Quiet/ central/ clean

We enjoyed our stay. Property was good for a family and was close to both the city and the river.
