I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room, so was treated to gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. As the hotel is very central, it can be a bit noisy at night but that should ease up by 10pm.

The shower / bath had not been cleaned the door handle was for the toilet was broken I was told that the room I booked was facing the ocean well not the case at all and there was not even a toaster in the room or plates or bowls or knives or forks absolutely appalling and I’m going to be looking for a full refund of my money I know that they don’t tell you when you book the room online that you also get stung for the parking that should be provided in the price of the room not charge extra to the customer because you can’t park on the street anywhere

the Novotel is all about location and this hotel is smack bang in the middle of surfers with great views and easy accessibility to public transport

We had a friendly welcome & got a room upgrade ,room was wonderfull ,cleaned each day & fabulous sea view. Breakfast was perfect so much choice & great times 6.30-10am Even thou pool wasnt open till 4pm due to renovations ,we could use another at sister hotel . Thankyou a great stay & location.
