The bar staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back

Our stay was fine, nothing special. Wouldn't say staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. The room was fine, clean and had all the basics. Bed was very soft and bouncy which woke me every time my husband rolled over. Gym was just a couple of machines and smelt like mouldy room. Buffet breakfast was very average but from what we ate seemed fresh. Parking next door was easy, but cheaper to pay there than the hotel (hotel wanted to charge us $60 to pay through them, we only paid $4 paying directly). As a VIP we were suppose to get a bottle of wine, which we didn't receive (at other hotels we've never had to ask for our bonuses) Would only consider staying there again because it was clean and the location was fantastic for where we needed to go.

Comfy bed but definitely not a queen bed as in the room description, there wasn’t room for one. I just had a double bed. It would have been very cramped with two people staying. Room service is done late, I turned them away at 4pm one day and another they completely forgot to top up the tea and coffee. I’m glad I booked a room with a river view though, since this definitely made up for the lack of space.
