This is a great hotel very close to Westfield Tower in CBD.

Perfect location great staff and breakfast was excellent

Staff were welcoming and friendly, enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great! Including the breakfast. Right in the center of town steps away from St James station and literally along side a Westfield mall. Walkable to Hyde Park, Opera House, Aquarium, Warf, Harbour bridge as well as Darling Harbor mini-bridge.

Staff and location was excellent

I’m not a complainer but the wait time at reception was far too long I probably waited with my mum and kids at reception for 25 minutes at reception on both occasions and staff at reception let another person push in front of me. The person who pushed in complained about not being able to get into the room and the long wait were offered a late check out. We were not. We were not able to get into our room until after 3. My elderly mother had to sleep in warm clothes because our beds were not made with a top sheet only a fitted sheet and no extra linen in the cupboard. One of the fitted sheets on one of the beds had a hole in it too.

Nice view, very clean and great location

We liked the that it was central in the city , but the room was not clean ,we had to ask for coffee cups , wine glasses , toilet paper was broken and one of our rooms were not cleaned daily . Everything was addressed very quickly but wouldn’t return .

It was the perfect stay in a great central location with so much shopping experiences available. Room perfect, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was a great way to start the day. Shopping & Theatres right there almost at your door. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Just elevators were a bit slow.

Great central location. Excellent breakfast with lots of options for families. Bathrooms a bit dated but well maintained and clean.

Great location near State Theatre and parking stations. Lovely bar and dining at Arches.

The hotels front desk staff need more training. They put us in room 1723, right next door they were doing emergency plumbing repairs. We had angle grinding, drilling and jack hammering. We asked the front desk how long the repairs would take and they said ten minutes. One hour later they were still going, rang front desk, they said sorry , it will just be another 10minutes. After 3 hours we asked to change rooms. We had to ask, they didn’t offer at any stage. The air conditioner was also broken, it was stuck on sixteen degrees. If you’re going to call yourself a five star hotel, your staff need much better training.

Perfect if you’re wanting to shop on Pitt street or see a show at the state Theater. Rooms were spacious. Two cons, I wish the mini bar was full with things to buy, and the lifts take so long.

A great place to stay in the heart of the Sydney CBD, within a 2 minute walk to Pitt Street Mall with its many shops, restaurants and cafes. Rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed. Only downside were the staff who often seemed disinterested. Also found that calls to reception from my room went unanswered - including room service. In short, great hotel but staff service was not great.

Amazing central location. Close to eateries and public transport and the Pitt St Mall. There were issues with the lifts with long queues with 2 lifts not working. This was unfortunate as it was the King’s Birthday weekend. I would stay there again!

Great location, near all shops and easy access to trains and metro.

The restaurant on the lobby was too expensive and female staff was not friendly.
