Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein

hotel was nice with convienience stores and food nearby. close enough to trains.

Not as pictures at all, loud through rooms

Their is a lot of construction going on starting at 7 am. Can't open the windows cause it's to loud. Not many places to eat close by. Everyone their is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very sparse with wooden floors. Bathroom is very tiny. Bed is very comfortable. Not a bad place to stay between 5 pm to 7 am.

Location is convenient, two or three minutes walk from metro station. Breakfast buffet is ok. But the room has no cloth hangers nor even a hook to hang our jackets. Tissue is very rough. My card get into the room does not work two times during my 4 days stay. The lotion (hand a d body milk was empty but not replaced. I had to ask for replacement. Space between TV and end of bed is very narrow. I would not recommend this to my friends .

Had a lovely stay at Florum Hotel, hotel was clean and room serviced everyday. A slightly funny smell in the bedroom, not sure what it was. Breakfast was good, continental style with fresh boiled and fried eggs. Hotel in a good location, around 20 min walk to the main attractions of Vienna, the area of hotel is nice, safe, but limited places to eat, great Chinese at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel, other choices were, kebab, polish and McDonalds. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again if I’m ever in Vienna.

The place had no amenities was very noisy the rooms were big but really not a great layout and very disappointing bathroom

We had an amazing stay at the Florum hotel!

The staff at the front desk of the hotel were incredible! Easy check in, we got in early! And we were looking for bowls and cutlery which they happily brought to our room. The room was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the distance from the main sights, and in the evenings (on a Tuesday so it’s to be expected) there wasn’t much to eat or drink. Vienna is beautiful, and the hotel was sufficient for our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The location is very central, and you can reach all the main sights in the city center within a few minutes on foot. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, there is a tram in the street and the metro station is less than a five minute walk. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely, very helpful. We did have some issues with the room though. It was a 'standard' room and we weren't expecting 5 star luxury but it was on the top floor in the roof and the room slanted quite steeply. One if us needed to stoop down to get into bed and I did actually hit my head at one point. There was a fridge in the room which was great but it was quite noisy. It emitted a tinkling hum constantly and intermittently made a cracking/popping sound that was quite loud especially at night when trying to get to sleep. Also, there was no proper shower in the bathroom - also sloped. Whilst it wouldn't be possible to have a shower curtain, a screen could have gone across the bath halfway allowing guests to have a shower standing up. The shower holder rail was coming away from the wall and trying to wash hair without flooding the bathroom was a nightmare. I wouldn't say 'don't stay there' but it would be advisable to check the facilities you can expect beforehand.

I think the property hotel should be renovated it is to old , smell and definitely you need to have cameras in each floor. The room was okay. Inna

Its location is great! I could very easily get the metro or walk to the city, loved it.

Property is really accessible and with lots to do nearby and good connections to points of interest. Rooms are conditioned and have a mini fridge and safe. We didn't have basic toiletries in the room like shampoo. 2 out of three bottles were empty and dirty tissue was left behind desk. Thin walls meant lots of noise, especially since construction occurred at the time of visit, also the kitchen was on the same level. So always heard either metro or dishes clanking. Overall, cheap and simple.

Amazing hotel centrally located, with friendly staff and spacious, spotless rooms equipped with great air conditioning.

I stayed for three nights. The room was adequate and clean, the vlbed was comfortable. There is also a luft, which I has been led to believe wasn't the case so that was a bonus. However, I was assigned a room looking out onto Taborstrasse which us a verybusy street and there is no soundproofing on the windiws so it was very noisy and I basically got no sleep. On check out we had to wait 20 mins for a member of staff to appear. That said, there was a lot of choice at breakfast and staff, when tjey could be found, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent spot for access to public transport with a tram stop and an underground a few mins walk down the street. There are also lots of lical shops and places to eat. Trams run frequently hence the noise. All in a good place to stay but I would recommend asking for a room.at the back of the hotel unless you are very used to tram noise through the night.
