This sounds balanced and honest for Expedia. You’re praising what was truly exceptional while giving fair feedback about the food experience.
My stay at Delta Hotels Toronto was truly beautiful and memorable. The hotel is stunning, clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The views were incredible, especially seeing the CN Tower and surrounding downtown area. One of the best parts was being able to walk to major attractions like Ripley’s Aquarium and other downtown destinations without needing to use the car.
The swimming pool, atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall guest experience felt luxurious and relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. This is definitely a hotel I would return to and recommend to others visiting Toronto.
The only area that did not stand out as much for me was the food. While the restaurant near the lobby was beautiful and the presentation was elegant, the meals themselves were not particularly memorable. We also ordered food to the room and unfortunately did not enjoy most of it. The desserts and fries were not our favorite, and some of the food ended up going uneaten. The dining experience was good, but it did not match the exceptional quality of the hotel itself.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. The location, views, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere made this a fantastic stay.
Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made the check in and out very easy! The entire hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and views were wonderful! Location was very central to all attractions and tons of dining options within a very short walking distance.
Location, close to everything, Soho restaurant very good breakfast, took the valet I highly recommend.
