This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite which had amazing views and breakfast included. The VIP staff was incredible and helped us plan our stay a couple weeks in advance. They were also there to help in every way. Overall this hotel is the Best in Banff. (We went to the Chateau LL as well.)

My stay at the Fairmont Banff was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I upgraded my room to Fairmont gold and was very happy with the amenities that came with the upgrade. Food was outstanding at the 1888 Chophouse and this was one of my best hotel experiences.

We stayed here for 3 nights Oct 13-16. Didn’t realize we booked as gold member and checked in at the regular concierge. We used the gold member from then on. Breakfast was included as gold member. Espresso coffee was included in the room. I find the washroom was a little too small as the toilet was hiding behind the door. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Clean room, Mountain view, super cool bar with a hidden room behind a bookcase! Disappointed in the cost of food and especially breakfast not being included; parking was also astronomically priced. AC worked really well, but pillows sucked.
