The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the free parking and complimentary breakfasts. Great location for a Unionville visit! And the price was extremely reasonable!

The hotel overall is good - friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the breakfast restaurant. It is fairly convenient with a bus stop in front of the hotel. We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel and were never disappointed. More importantly, it is value for money.

Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing

My stay was excellent all around. Nothing negative to say. Best value for money in all of Toronto.
