This was an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful with a full view of the falls, and the parking was easy. We were also happy we could keep our car there the next day after checking out so we could tour the falls. You won’t be let down with this place!

Perfect location. Staffs were very helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy with Fallsview. We didn't take breakfast so there is no suggestion. We’d highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The only good thing about the place was the view of Niagara Falls, but other things, like how the staff welcomed us or the room amenities, were poor and made of cheap material. Overall, I expected more of a 4-star hotel.

Booked a room with a view and 2 queen beds. But the beds looked like doubles, and was placed in an adjoining room - so heard almost everything my neighbours were saying. Also asked for a higher floor but was told only a room on the 6th floor was available. Not worth the $700.

We stayed at Marriott Niagara Falls for 2 nights and overall the hotel was clean, but the service did not match the price we paid. Our stay cost $679 for only two nights, which in my opinion is not inexpensive. One major disappointment was housekeeping. Yesterday, when we returned from our excursion around 6 PM, our room had not been cleaned — the trash was still there, the towels had not been replaced, and the beds had not been made. I had to call and eventually even go to the front desk because nobody came initially. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better attention and service. Another thing that was disappointing was the parking fee. On top of an already expensive hotel stay, parking was an additional $50 per night, which felt excessive. I chose this hotel because of its excellent location near Niagara Falls and also because I had such a wonderful experience at one of Marriott’s hotels in Punta Cana just two weeks ago. Based on that experience, I expected the same level of hospitality and service here, but unfortunately that was not the case. On the positive side, the Milestones restaurant was excellent. The service was great, the staff was attentive, and the food quality was honestly very good. The prices were a bit high, but the experience there was worth it. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. I feel that for less money I could probably find a place that feels more welcoming and offers better overall service.

We did get a room with a view on the 31st floor. The room was hot, ac wasn't working and the floor was soaking wet. The ac mechanic did try to fix it .. but it did nothing. Plus they charge 50$ perday for parking. I will not stay there again and don't recommend anyone to comprise comfort the a view.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location is perfect, with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The check in experience was very smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was our experience at the Milestones restaurant, which did not meet the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel. The person who assisted us was not friendly or helpful at all.
