This space is exactly as described, so people who say it's small need to read the description. It states the size of the cabin in sq metres. For us it was affordable, more so than a youth hostel and we didn't have to share a bathroom. It's well placed right next to the bus station and within a 25 minute walk to the old town. We also had a lovely view of the canal. For budget accommodation in Copenhagen we couldn't have asked for better. Yes it's small but functional and clean. I would stay again.

Short walk to and from the Old Town and central railway station. Staff very helpful (especially Erik) with food recommendations. Bar had a happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and included. Room was small but had every needed amenity. Only complaint was that we were too hot - our fault as we only realised we could open the windows in the morning! Given that Denmark were playing at home that day it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Room too small, but clean, the Amenities so good! This hotel have laundry room, it’s a surprise for me, I traveled about 20 days for many countries, no hotel have laundry room, at the hotel, room too smal abut the laundry room recovered everything. Just for me, because I need wash my clothes so badly! Over all food!

The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price.

Breakfast was ok, very basic not much choice but it was all kept tidy and clean. Rooms don’t have blow dryers and the reception couldn’t help either as they run out as well. Otherwise, very good location, very easy to get to the centre with metro station being 15mins away (walking distance).

The walls are quite thin - the bathroom is like a public toilet in the room. It goes quite high and I think my Captain’s room was on the 10th floor or so which wasn’t great. Location was decent and within walking distance of the metro.

Easy to find and check in late, but that's about it for pros. We knew that it would be a simple room and we were fine with that however we left after one night. Room wasn't that clean, window was stuck open a crack so there was a draft all night, and there was no sound protection between rooms and the corridor. When I went down to the desk to ask for drinking water (the sink in the room was way too small to fit a bottle under) staff were not very helpful.

Good location and wifi. The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer. They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely. They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free. Rooms were small, but understandable for the budget. Overall, the lack of consideration and flexibility over cleaning rooms made it a very negative experience.
