Fun place offering lots of public areas to lounge, eat, or work. Breakfast buffet was good. They sell some foods throughout the day also. Convenient enough to subway and busses - 4 to 11 min walk away. Room was clean and relatively spacious. The hotel is right behind the tracks to the main train station in Copenhagen - if you like the window open it gets loud during the day - fine at night. Staff was superb.

When we got our key and arrived at the room, my wife pulled back the bed cover and noticed heavy brown stains on the sheet along with another stain. I went back reception to complain, and was offered another room, so again we went to the new room. Only to find more staining of the sheets. And again I complained. Yet another room was offered, this time a bigger room, but again sheets were slightly stained, at this point we had enough, but could not be botherd to complain again, so let this be a warning to others...

My room was unlocked several times during my stay. After going back to my room I found it unlocked which was strange to me as I was staying by myself. After the first ocassion I thought I had left if unlocked myself so I was extra careful on following days and it happened again. Fortunately nothing went missing otherwise the room was acceptable.

Arrived at the hotel after 48 hours of no sleep due to travel delays only to find out that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not show up on time and that I had been charged a cancellation fee. Then was told I had to rebook online by myself. What is the person at the counter even doing? I rebooked online. Then was told that I had to check-in at the kiosk. Can’t check in at the counter at all. The room was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. The doors close automatically and slam shut. Doors are slamming shut all the time. Went to get breakfast. Was told I couldn’t get breakfast because it had to be purchased the day before. Worst customer service ever. And all this happened after I had just stayed at an amazing hotel in the US where the staff had been super-friendly and accommodating. 100% do not recommend.

Cabinn hotel had great staff at reception desk. You had to grab a ticket (like at a deli counter) to stand in line for help. There is a locker room to hold your luggage when your flight arrives earlier than checkin time ($9 USD for 6 hours). The hotel motto is All You Need To Sleep and that’s what the room has. I reserved the Captain room that had one king bed, two small closet spaces with about 5 hangers each, a desk with two chairs, a reading chair next to a lamp, and a small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There is a TV but it only had a few channels or you could hook up a laptop to view your streaming services. There is no air conditioning at the hotel (temps were in 60’s to low 70’s in early June) but you could open your window or ask for a fan at the reception desk. Bathroom had just two towels, one hand towel and a mat, hand/body/shampoo soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, and a squeegee to wipe the mirror from steam. The bed, which was overall very comfortable, had two pillows and two twin blankets.

I was bitten in bed by what appears to have been a spider, by the hard half-dollar-sized bites on my legs. The euro budget hotel idea is great in that it can greatly reduce costs, but I had a very bad experience.

1. The hotel said they do not do room cleaning everyday, but every 4th day, but I stayed for 6 days ( from Tuesday to Monday), there is NO room cleaning up at all. 2. The rome has toilet flush issues, as with pushing the button each time, there is only small amount of water coming out. I went to reception desk twice, they wrote down the issue, but nothing been done. So after using the toilet each time, I had to stand there for several minutes and push the button multiple times to flush it. 3. There is only a plastic curtain between shower and toilet/ sink area, so it's wet everywhere after shower. 4. There is no air-conditioner in the room, have to open the window, then all the noise from train/ subway rush into the room, try to get a good night sleep is impossible.
