The room was clean, quiet, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The pillows were terrible and I thought the shower/tub combination could be difficult to navigate for anyone with even minor mobility issues. The tub was narrow and slightly elevated. The location was close to many of the major tourist sites and relatively close to the airport. We were only at this hotel for one day after a Baltic Cruise, and the staff was friendly and they took care of our luggage until check-in while we explored the town. We spent four days in Copenhagen in total and look forward to coming back and if we do, we will look into staying at The Square Hotel again.

Really enjoyed this hotel for it's locations which is close to the train station and subway and shopping area and especially close to a great breakfast restaurant called ¢12. The hotel also has a lounge which opens in the afternoon to the evening has all the wine beer coffee and tea and good snacks. the hotel room also is bigger than the other hotel which we stayed in before, it has room for my two big suitcase.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the train station, metro, and central Copenhagen. We enjoyed a nice view of the plaza. The room and bathroom were well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The towels were thick and absorbent. It was nice having a small table and two chairs. There is a tiny fridge, just big enough for a narrow water bottle. I'm not sure why it was so small, but it worked for us. The lobby is comfortable and we had access to the lounge, where we could have snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Number 1 was the view outside my window at room 414, perfect for a tourist like us. The room was very clean specially the bathroom. Reception was courteous, helpful and smiling. Love the Lounge, perfect for a light snack in the afternoon.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was a bit small by U.S. standards, but functional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. We opted for access to “The Lounge”. This turned out to be a unique highlight of this hotel. Highly recommend the lounge option. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment. Overall great stay.

The only issue I had with my stay was that my ac wasn’t working and they came by three times to look at it and said it was fine but we were sweating all night. Overall great location, helpful staff. Something I was not expecting was being granted lounge access due to Expedia gold status with unlimited food and drinks between 2 and 10 each day. That was a pleasure to have. Staff was helpful with luggage storage and freshening up before our room was ready. Bar staff was great. Breakfast was good.
