The soundproofing was amazing . We could not hear any traffic or activity in the hallway. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the sheets crisp. Towels are fluffy. Wifi had no issues.

The overall stay was excellent. Plenty of amenities. Our stay included a trip to the lounge, which was OK, but selection was limited like our room is cool in the air conditioning. Did not get it as cool as we wanted. Opening the window helped, but since we are centrally located, it was a bit noisy. The location was perfect.

Although we had booked a twin room when we arrived it was a double. Being tired after our journey we had to go back downstairs and it was resolved fairly quickly. Hotel is in a great location with plenty to see and do. Breakfast buffet really great, as such a good choice of varied foods. Definitely recommend

The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere. The hotel is clean. It has the largest area to have coffee or drinks. Coffee places all around. A 7 eleven with everything around the corners. Different restaurants next to the hotel. A movie cinema.

Great hotel easy walk to Tivoli and Copenhagen H. Only gripe that kept me from giving it 5 stars was their housekeeping policies. If you don’t tell them by 10 pm the night prior, housekeeping skips your room. I realized that too late on my second night, so they didn’t refresh any of the coffee/tea supplies, nor remove any used ones. I had asked a housekeeper next door to my room if she could just swap towels and supplies, no need for full cleaning, which she said was fine. When I got back in the evening my two days of cups and glasses were still sitting, and I ran out of coffee, sugar and creamer. I also had to call twice, an hour apart, to ask for a room fan as it was too warm to sleep, which they finally delivered while I was out. Maybe a fluke, so would stay again. Breakfast, bar, and amenities were great.

The lounge access absolutely made our stay here. Such a wonderful touch and provided respite during busy days sight seeing. Perfectly located. The bike hire was also an excellent opportunity to view the city. Food was excellent, lots of choice at breakfast. A really great stay and have already highly recommended to friends.
