Very clean room with all of the amenities I was looking for. Air con and hot water with good pressure. Staff was great.

The hotel is lovely, clean tidy and well cared for. Beds comfy, breakfast tasty, staff all really nice. Parking great too. Nice.

I particularly appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room, as this is not something I often find in other hotels. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch, and the tea and coffee-making facilities were excellent. The hotel offered a great selection of coffee and high-quality tea, which I really enjoyed. Although I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom, it was resolved within five minutes, which reflects the hotel’s excellent customer service and attention to guests’ needs. The hotel is a wonderful place to relax while also serving as an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas. Its location is excellent, and the free parking makes it easy to travel around and visit nearby attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
