Very close to my sons apt with convenient store next door and many places to eat.

Rooms were filthy and gross , puke stains , coffee stains , sheets had stains . Never offered to compensate for any of it . Absolute worst experience of all my travels

Lovely staff on arrival. Complimentary waters and cookies, complementary drink also for the bar.

The exterior of the hotel is fine. Inside was another story. The second floor where our room was had stained hallway carpets as well as in the room. We had two beds and because the hotel was filled we could not get a second luggage rack. The shelf for suitcase in the closet was less than half the width of the closet so had to turn our suitcase upright and slam. the door to keep it shut. The iron in the closet had water in it which dripped onto one of our jackets. Overall it looked very run down and dingy. The staff however were very pleasant.

Great stay, clean, very comfortable beds it was a great experience.

Property was quite and clean, and the staff friendly and polite.

Nice area and close to the train. Store right across the street for essentials.

A lovely stay at this hotel, clean, comfortable and modern. however it was closer to Fulham than Chelsea

The bed was so hard we both couldn't sleep. Called the desk and they added a mattress topper which did nothing.

The bedroom was clean, albeit a little small for a premium double, nice toiletries in the bathroom but no shower cap, cotton wool etc. view into a shared roof space but very quiet. Food in Cre was good, as was the breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient.

Great place to stay for a quiet evening. Not many restaurants around so plan ahead.

Another great stay at the Doubletree. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Great location. Easy parking with discounted rate. Nice walk along the river. Close to Fulham Road and Kings Road shops and restaurants.

Friendly, professional staff. Good food and short walk from Imperial Wharf station

The hotel was lovely. It was very close to the tube which was convenient.

I feel like the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived early before check-in time.

From the moment we stepped through the hospitality and ambience was amazing they made Mother’s Day special for my mum and grandma offered cookies on arrival by neha unfortunately due to allergies was unable to accept The room was spacious loads of natural light a comfortable bed and shower to live for best night sleep and breakfast was delicious and again very accommodating with my allergies no cross contamination and they have great communication skills always knew next steps and was informed of any problems easily solved great customer service from both ksenia and neha Thankyou I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat

Walked in especting a 3 bed room only had a 2 with 3 people meant to be staying in one room. Expedia have since refunded me. But the hotel didn’t really help the situation the room smelt of smoke. This was making my 2 young kids cough.

Enjoyed our stay with you. Everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Shower was excellent. Also had a meal in the Cre bar, again very nice. Would definitely stay there again.
