Wonderful to be able to book dog-friendly accomodation in the middle of the city. The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in the Grey suite, which may be unsuitable for people with disabilities due to an internal staircase within the room, however it suited our needs brilliantly and I believe other rooms are more accessible. I would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again if I was seeking accommodation in the area.

Helpful staff, good sized room (despite the staircase to the bathroom...), nice staff and really terrific breakfast. Need to get a better shower door design; water went everywhere in every configuration alas.
