Clean room, nice breakfast very central

Staff was super helpful and welcoming.. location is incredibly convenient to City Center and Train station.. highly recommended

Room was quite basic. Just a place to sleep but beds were comfy. Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. No major issues except the tv remote not working.

The room was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and worked perfectly.

Good location. Right in the city centre and 2 minutes walk to the train station.

Overall, it is good value for money because the hoel's location.

Very friendly welcome. Work stay so booked as other colleague already had. Location was great, very handy for the station and for a mooch about town.

Really comfy bed and clean room - only downside is the area around the hotel being on the dodgy side, and the bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell. But such good value for money

The staff team and cleanliness was very good. Location was excellent and it was easy to get to the train station. Breakfast was ok..the hot chocolate was delicious. Suggestions: muffins and non microwaved scrambled eggs (because they tasted hard), and the option to have fried eggs, seeded bread and grapes.

Stayed two different nights in one week and had issues in each room. First night the tap was loose fitting and moved each time you changed temperature. The air con wouldn’t cool the room so had to keep window open which was noisy. The second night after unpacking we found the tv wasn’t working. This is the second time this has happened. Got moved to a new room where the shower sits in the holder, it wasn’t tight so the shower head was not at the right angle and only pointed down so had to be held to have a shower. The area around the base of the tap was dirty/mouldy. All rooms we were in looked tired and needed a refresh and bit of maintenance. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

The rate is a lot lower than the other hotels. Overall it is value for money.

We had a lovely three day holiday. The room was perfect,very clean.The only thing wrong was the television did’t work. We reported this on Friday night,and it was suppose to get fixed the next day but it never was repaired.

Ideal place to base yourself out of for a reasonable price and if wanted to have easy access to the train station.

Couldnt get the shower to have hot running water Tv had sound no picture. Stains on catpet and curtains. Breakfast on second day was cold despite being down just after opening .

I was not able to go to the bar. Parking was not that good.

Clean, warm room with comfortable bed and large shower.
