Clean and functional room. Drains in bathroom very slow draining was only issue. Only 1 lift working in hotel which meant long waits especially when the keys seemed to not work every time I went to open the door. But the staff were excellent, very apologetic, friendly and just generally great customer service.

Hotel is nice. Room was a bit dated (curtains were dirty) and water didnt drain away properly in the sinks so looked like they were blocked. The location is good for buses and access to the centre but the area is very dark, full of homeless people and drug addicts/alcoholics and feels very unsafe at night time, especially for older people.

Only stayed one night, didnt use the bar or car park, we didnt have the breakfast which was pricy. The reception staff were helpful. We were on the 14th floor, the room was cold and very basic, it had 2 bath towels, shower gel, tea/coffee, good lift. Overall no complaints.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, room was spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast had a wide choice of ‘food’ to eat and the staff there were extremely friendly too. This is definitely my ‘go~to place to stay in Reading due to the proximity of the transport. Thank you.

We are very happy with the stay. Perfect location close to the railway. Not super luxury, but nice and clean rooms. Good bed and very quiet. Very friendly front desk staff.

Excellent location for transport (Reading Station/RailAir etc), a great welcome when I arrived from the reception staff, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a wide choice of foods. What more could I ask for? Will definitely use again and have already booked another stay in 4 weeks. Thank you!
