Stayed in an executive room. Room was great - very clean, great bed, good size room and decent shower. Came with a nespresso machine which didn’t work however was replaced quickly. Hair dryer also only blew cold air - sure it would have also been replaced quickly but I ran out of time. Ordered room service (chicken burger and chips), it was perfectly fine however the £20 price (would have been an extra £6 had I not collected) was grossly inflated for what you received - just chips on the side, the bun was the kind of cheap brioche you get with fast food burgers, small chicken and a bit of salad in the burger - tasted fine but for the price I felt a bit ripped off. Would definitely stay again though, all staff were lovely and helpful. Had a great nights sleep, car park was underground and right under reception. No noise at all and had double windows for extra insulation.

We booked a runway view and it was fantastic watching so many international planes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast had so many choices and prepared us well for a long day of overseas travel.

Just what we needed after a canceled flight. Great staff and restaurant. Staff v helpful. We took the hoppa bus there for 7 pounds each and it took about 25mins. Our cab back the next morning was 15 with 2 bags and it took 10 mins. I think that was a special price agreed with the hotel. Would def stay again.

6 th time stayed here.Room as usual spotless, spacious and comfortable.Small gym rooms free but adequate.Handy bar and even better local pub about 10 mins walk on opposite side of the road.Bus stop on main road with great links.Will visit again asap.

We particularly liked the cleanliness of the hotel, polite and engaging staff and easy access to the airport.

We had a great stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is ideal for Heathrow, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel room was fine

Room was hot so opened window but staff every hour were having a cigarette break and talking loudly under our window keeping us awake all night and smell of smoke in our room. Noise in bathroom like a drilling noise. Had no sleep and were shattered for flight. Were offered a breakfast but we were to late as we got up later due to being so tired.

Ok for a quick overnight stay, car parking extra - wouldn’t say the beds were that comfortable.

I decided to stay at the Leonardo Hotel so that I would be at Heathrow airport ready and fresh for my flight the following day. The price of the hotel room was reasonable (£81 for the night), and I pre-booked a King room. The entrance to the hotel is actually around the back of the hotel which is situated on the main road where most of the hotels are located. I have to say, it does seem a bit shady when you are walking around the back of the building looking for the entrance, it is not very well lit. The reception was in good condition, the staff were very nice and helpful. And there is a large bar / restaurant area right there as you walk in. My room was on the third floor, the king bed is more of a queen size actually, but definitely big enough for one person comfortably (the pillows are pretty hard though). You have to wrestle with the air-conditioning a bit, it takes about 20 or 30 minutes to actually kick on, and it turns itself off during the night so I had to get up a few times to keep putting it on. The food and drinks options in the restaurant looked nice, expensive as you would expect for an airport hotel but from what I could see it looked reasonably good quality. Because my flight was delayed I had to pay a £30 late check out fee which would give me the room until 4 PM (they will give you till midday for free if you ask). considering the room itself was only £81 I thought the £30 late checkout fee was way too much. Good value for a 1 person quick stay

Terrible hotel Locker in our rooms not working Food was terrible

Very clean and comfortable, staff likeable and friendly. Check in did take a long time - in part because of the short queue but also because those ahead did not appear prepared (and the person checking us in insisted on working through a long script of questions). Also, no liquid soap in dispenser in bedroom shower, no orange juice at breakfast (despite it being advertised), no marmalade although they did have marmite, Nutella and two jams. Overall a mix of good and disappointing.

The hotel restaurant is quite excellent for an airport hotel.

It was very clean and peaceful

Very convenient to LHR - shuttle that takes you to the terminals . Times posted in the hotel and cost £6.90 (I think). Great bar and food service. Great value for money

Good value place to stay close to terminal 2 and 3 Heathrow. Has a restaurant and staff are very good.
