Great place to stay. Spacious rooms & very good amenities. Good breakfast available. For improvement would be the sound proofing for rooms & corridors and perhaps a nicer bar than just the lobby one. In reality an excellent 4 star hotel than luxury 5 star. Overall recommend though & would stay there again. Very good value for money.

Wonderful welcome and kind service. The suite was so comfortable with separate lounge and dining area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Loved the location and exceptional service from the bell desk in assisting with luggage.

At first glance, this place is amazing but slowly things start to crumble as you spend more time here. My booking through Expedia did not make it to the hotel so it was a task to get the room but the staff handled it quite well. The things that did not go well were the hotel common space and the bar area. Out of the 3 days we were there, the common areas were completely unusable for 2 of the days. There were hundreds of people crowded in the little space that is the common area and not only was the space unusable, it was also not possible to navigate the space to get to anywhere. Turns out that there was some event going on and many people who were not hotel residents were given access to the hotel lobby making it a terrible experience for the actual hotel guests. Next was the restaurant buffet. It is a nightmare for anyone with a half-sensible sense of hygiene. A few things I noticed were people touching every muffin before picking one. Using hands to pick things instead of tongs. A mom picking only grapes from the fruit bowl while her kid used licked fingers to pick the grapes from a shared bowl. I had to ask the staff to remove the bowl otherwise, the staff would have ignored it. Also, there were people eating their food above the serving bowls and reusing dirty dishes to take refills. Their only saving grace was the pool, spa and a decent gym with good weights. But not enough for me to recommend this place to family and friends.
