Staying at the el hotel during the Eid holiday. The location is strategic; If you want to go to Braga city, just walk; The rooms are big and clean; And all the facilities are also good. Overall, I am very satisfied with el hotel.

The location is preety good! They have medium fridge that help to keep the food. But the room, floor was dirty, used towels still hanging behind the bedroom door, used soap also still left in the bathroom. The sliding door was broken/unlock. The glass was smell and dirty.

Very Good and Quick Recovery Service, Warm Hospitality, Room Service both price and taste 👍, Nice outdoor Coffee Shop (available for smoking people) 👍, Overall 👍.

Hotel yang family friendly banget, cocok buat liburan bersama keluarga. Cuma mohon lebih diperhatikan kebersihan di koridor2 room kamar.

The hotel 's coridor were very dirty when we checked in. I know it 's high season. But for the price that we also paid higher than normal price, I guess we deserved better & clean environment.

AC was not cool. But we get replaced room.

Whatever the reason, you should not use stained sheets for guests. You have to give the best to each of your guests, don't you? Hopefully it doesn't happen again for the comfort of your guests.
