It was a really fun experience staying here.. the glamping was clean.. the staff were all friendly and very nice.. I got an a la cart breakfast package but the portion was very big and very filling which was delicious.. I want to come back because it's very kid friendly. Next time I go there, hopefully I can do Japanese glamping..

As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too. Keep up the good work, Puncak Inn Hotel 🙏❤️

My first stay at Palace. I read the reviews first because I was bringing a baby, so I checked them out first. Many said they were good. I ended up staying for two nights. Very impressed. Friendly service, varied breakfast, and very fast check-in. I had an AC problem, it was fixed immediately. Very kid-friendly. I wanted more, but I've already started my activities again. I'll be back again. Thank you, Palace, for the excellent service.
