An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. From the front door, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly security staff, who were very helpful to my wheelchair-bound mother. Upon arrival in the lobby, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who handled the check-in process quickly, and I was allowed an early check-in because my room was ready. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, it was an exceptional hotel.
