The check-in/out process was fast and easy. I once had a room door that wouldn't open because it was stuck from the inside. I reported it to the staff, who responded quickly and were very helpful. Staff in all areas were friendly, and the room was clean, cool, and tidy. Everything was as requested. I chose the upstairs room, which was quiet. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a staycation or a break from a business trip.

The evening atmosphere on the 32nd floor, room 08, was clean, fragrant, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, there were no towels for use in the pool. The morning atmosphere after breakfast on the 9th floor near the outdoor pool. The water was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. Thanks, best! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Regarding hotel parking, the receptionist should have informed us that it was free so we wouldn't be charged upon check-out. Otherwise, it was perfect.
