I stayed here like 3 times, it’s a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and it has a great view, the staff are helpful

The staff was unresponsive, especially the front desk. They didn't offer any assistance, even though they saw I was carrying a lot of luggage. They didn't even reprimand me. The hotel is far from the city, perfect for introverts who need solitude.

The check-in system needs to be improved for guest convenience. The 3:00 check-in period should allow guests to enter their rooms, no excuses. In reality, due to the crowds, guests were still unable to enter their rooms at 3:00.

I only stayed here once because it didn't live up to the expectations expressed by the content creators. 1. The towels were poor quality, not absorbent, rough, and faded. 2. Everything was labeled with a price tag: changing the mat cost money, and getting bottled water cost money. The location was remote. 3. The windows were dirty, so disgusting that I wanted to check out quickly.
