Positive (+): 1. A large car parking area is next to the hotel, so you don't need to worry about parking. 2. The room is also quite spacious, there is a mini fridge, balcony, and smart TV. 3. There is also a playground for children. 4. There is also a swimming pool although it is not very big. 5. There are many food variations during breakfast. 6. On Saturday nights, there is a kind of live music stall in the front yard of the hotel. Negative (-): 1. There needs to be a gym so that the facilities are more complete. 2. The swimming pool, I think, is for hotel guests only, because yesterday when I was there, there was a swimming course there.

The hotel is centrally located, so it's easy to get around. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and a children's play area. The kids enjoyed playing with Lego near the front desk and swimming twice. The breakfast is also varied, delicious, and perfect for kids. Last Saturday night, there was live music and a food stall in front of the hotel offering a variety of traditional dishes.

It's a shame the check-in time was so long, taking over 30 minutes for the room to be ready. Hopefully, this will improve. The service is good, the location is perfect, but customers have to wait too long to check in. First time staying here, but I'd consider it a second time. 🙏

Hotel staff: Many are young and need more training to be more proactive and responsive. We strongly urge you to replace the hotel towels with thicker ones and avoid rips, as this is not representative of a hotel that is already quite good.

Comfortable room, balcony can be opened, hot water is running smoothly, the room is more soundproof, the staff is helpful. There is only one elevator, the elevator button B won't work, the TV remote battery needs to be replaced, the YouTube channel logs out automatically, switching to Netflix.
