It's been 9 years of working traveling the world, visiting markets everywhere, staying in hotels in various cities. In my opinion, this hotel staff is the friendliest and most responsive, top 5 I've ever met 👍. The biggest minus is that there are snacks in the chiller but there are no price tags, only 2 liters of water have a price tag. So far in my experience staying in hotels, if there is no price tag it is usually free. Eh, it turns out that when checking out, they were charged 99K for 4 pcs of snacks like chiki balls, atomic nuts, lol. Yes, it's small change, but the markup is also crazy and there is no price tag. Please fix this.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but there were a few things that could be improved. First, there was no proper desk or workspace in the room, which was inconvenient as I needed to work on my laptop. Second, drinking water was not provided in sealed bottles. Instead, a pitcher was provided for guests to refill from a dispenser in the corridor. I understand this may be the hotel’s system, but personally I did not feel comfortable using it. The most disappointing part was the service when I requested additional towels. The staff member folded the towels in front of my room. When I asked whether they were fresh towels and why they were being folded there, the response was simply, “You can smell them.” I found this response unprofessional and it did not reassure me about the cleanliness of the towels. The hotel itself is generally comfortable and clean, but I hope the service and attention to guest concerns can be improved.
