All the staff were helpful. The only downside was the limited parking space, so when I left something in the car, it was difficult to retrieve it. Even though the staff was willing to help, it was still uncomfortable. And most importantly, you can stay 24 hours a day, free from check-in hours. If I arrive in Bandung at night, I will probably stay here again. Could you please provide the hotel service contact information because I once searched on Google and got the wrong number. Thank you to Mr. Aditya who helped with the check-out process. I actually wanted to ask more information about the hotel, but my child suddenly got sick in the hotel lobby. But everything is good..

A hotel with a unique concept and friendly service. Although parking is limited, valet parking is available. The key is to leave your belongings in your car before check-in, as it takes time. The breakfast menu is quite comprehensive, although space is limited. Enjoying Bandung in a different way, as it's located in the city center means we opted for a morning walk and exercise. And the night view from the rooftop is amazing.

The large staff member standing at the door was incredibly unfriendly. Why would they be assigned to the door if they didn't follow the 5S? They looked at people like they were strange. As if they'd never seen a human before. The other staff were all fine. Friendly, followed the 5S, and were fashionable. The food was okay, but lacked variety. The instant noodles were cold, the potatoes were hard, and the crispy fish was tough. Everything was delicious. Okay.

The downsides to this hotel are that the bathroom smelled a bit, and the unusual shape of the building made it difficult to open the window blinds. Other than that, everything was good.
