Best Morazen Surabaya, arrived warmly greeted and welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the room, there was a Graduation message on the glass, TV, and a slice of cake. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the restaurant staff were also friendly, the place was all clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious, although they're standard rooms. There are plenty of food outlets nearby, and everything is close by. There's a mall just 300 meters from the hotel.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone from the security guard at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants were very friendly and polite. I truly felt comfortable staying at Morazen. To Mrs. Bella, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping me print and revise my documents, as it was late at night and I had to send the necessary documents immediately. Thank you again, Mrs. Bella. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, from international to local, and the food is delicious. The hotel also has a comfortable semi-indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. It was a pleasure staying at Morazen, and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues if I have an assignment in Surabaya.
