Staying at Novotel Semarang during my business trip to Semarang. It's a very pleasant stay in Novotel. The staff start from the security guard, bellboy, front desk, room service, restaurant, and gym staff are all very polite.

Perfect place for short trip or long trip. Excellent hospitality. Nearby Paragon Mall. Delicious foods (breakfast and dinner). Sometimes have live performance.

So impressive cause they applied covid protocol properly. In such conditions all we need is a comfort, clean and safe room to stay. Spending time in lobby restaurant with a cup of coffee and having tasty food of breakfast before starting a new day were more than enough for me.

The hotel is good, clean, and consistently well-maintained. The check-in and check-out processes are very quick. It boasts the best location in town, with many recommended street food options nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and most of it is delicious. The central air conditioning system is very cold, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. For the future, the hotel might consider updating the furniture in the rooms, such as the chairs and sofa, as they appear old. More importantly, they really need to replace the towels!
