I initially stayed there just to try it out because it had a bolster for my kids to sleep comfortably. I booked two rooms. Although check-in wasn't allowed before 2:00 PM, the check-in process was quick, as was check-out. When I got out of the car, the security guard immediately picked up my suitcase and guided me inside. The staff were all friendly, greeted me with smiles. The room was clean, complete with a hot water kettle. The water dispenser was available in front of the room. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I didn't have to worry about fighting with my husband, hehe. When I opened the curtains, the view was great, I could see the city and the mosque dome at Losari Beach. The location is strategically located in the city center, there are many eateries and supermarkets around the hotel. The laundry service is also nearby and offers free pick-up and drop-off. Breakfast varies daily, and the market snacks also provide delicious cakes and a variety of daily dishes. Next to the restaurant, there is a children's playground and a children's and adult pool. There is also a slide in the children's pool. The experience of staying for several days was very enjoyable. If I go to Makassar again, I will definitely stay here. I definitely recommend it 🫰

Got a room on the 12th floor that smelled musty and dusty, and the toilet smelled so bad it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep soundly. The pool wasn't clean either, and while the reviews on TikTok made it look great, it wasn't really in real life. My first and last stay there.

Stayed 1 night on the 10th floor, checked in in the afternoon, the AC was hot, called CS and was told to wait until after Maghrib. After checking, it was still hot until 1:00 AM, then they offered to move rooms, oh my God. When I moved rooms, the AC was not as cold. Hopefully the hotel will pay more attention to the room facilities, especially the shower above the head which has holes because I thought it could be used, but when I turned it on, there were holes on the floor. This is my first experience staying here.

Maybe you should pay attention to the cleanliness of the playground area, it's really dirty even though the ones playing there are children, sorry, there's even dirt like human feces stuck to the balls. Everything else is okay.

It was not informed that breakfast was only until 10, I checked in on Sunday, the information was breakfast at 10.30, breakfast was on Monday when I arrived at 10 it turned out it was closed, I only asked for snacks but they said it was closed, if there is a minus 1 star, I will give it minus 1 star, at least there is compensation for food even if it is only snacks, I have paid a lot but access to the pool is calm and maintenance.

The receptionist staff took a long time to answer the phone, even after being called back 5 times, they only picked up. The TV was crackling, and the room felt like someone was knocking on the wall, meaning it wasn't soundproof. The hotel wasn't flexible; we asked for a double bed, but we couldn't even though Traveloka had a "special request" option. Luckily, the atmosphere around the hotel was very comfortable.
