If you are looking for a getaway from the city to get some fresh air and calm vibes then, you should visit this hotel. The check in process was easy..the staffs were friendly and professional. They served us with welcome drinks at the lobby before we enter our room. We were in love with the design of the room and the comfort it provided. Do not forget to book the room with breakfast because the food was great! All in all, the hotel is that amazing..we will definitely come back! Big thank you to Agata, the receptionist, for upgrading our room to Botanica Suites. Such a lovely surprise and a great start to our stay! This hotel is a perfect escape for our family, especially for those of us who are used to the constant noise and busy pace of Jakarta. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, yet still very comfortable for families. It truly feels like a peaceful retreat without sacrificing convenience.

Only stayed 1 night and it felt less! It was really nice and satisfying to stay here, the food was delicious and had a lot of variety, the view was beautiful, access to the safari park was only 5 minutes, the room facility that I was most satisfied with was the shampoo soap used from Sensatia! and that was a big plus, the fragrance is beyond doubt

I stayed in a garden suite. Upon check-in, the staff stated that my room was ready for use. When I arrived, the TV wouldn't turn on, some of the items, such as the shampoo and conditioner, were empty, and the room phone didn't work. The most disappointing part was the breakfast, which was lacking in taste and selection, and it didn't reflect a 5-star rating. It wasn't worth the price, and all I received from the staff was an apology.

The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is quite good with mountain views, but it would be better if the trees that block the mountain view were trimmed, I stayed on the 2nd floor, it was a bit blocked by the trees. Other than that, it's okay, if possible, provide a gym

I stay in Family Loft, which have sofa bed that can fit 2 kids, however no blanket provided and only 1 spare pillow available. It would better they can be provided by default in the room according to the capacity of sofa bed (2 kids). Also, I need to pay extra my 11 old years kid for breakfast. The breakfast for Family Loft Room should be by default cover a family that fit the room (King Bed for 2 adults + Sofa Bed for 2 kids).

A very beautiful hotel, I never get bored staying here, everything is good, everything is okay, it's just a shame that yesterday the bedcover I stayed in was a bit worn, the color was no longer bright, apart from that, there were no problems, I want to always stay here again, hopefully there will always be good fortune.

Excellent hotel, staffs were very friendly especially with the shuttle services. I appreciate the warm pool at the rooftop, the breakfast was great as well, ambience was really nice, a lot of kids activities as well, room was clean as well eventhough a bit small in my opinion. For gym, need to go to Pesona Alam hotel, but it's well maintained, and the kids playground are very nice as well. The only input if I can give is only the flexibility of the check-in time. I hope guest come a bit earlier like 1 hour before, should have the room prepared, instead of literally wait until 3 pm. Overall, me and my son had a great time staying at Botanica, and will definitely come back again.

The hotel is good, 5 stars. I came here by motorbike, thank God I was welcomed well by the staff and security. The room is nice and modern, but the soundproofing is lacking, the sound from the next room can be heard into my room. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the swimming pool is good, there is a hot water pool, the kids are happy, next time I come here again
