Great location with direct access to Mid Valley Southkey Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety to choose from. If you’re returning to Singapore by car, this hotel is also a convenient pickup point, as cross-border taxis can pick you up directly from the hotel.

Corridor had an unpleasant smell and the hotel windows are so dirty we cannot see anything outside. Bedsheets had a footmark on it. Only plus point is the convenience to the mall

Location is excellent and staff are very polite including Wa Wa. However the hygiene in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired; stands of hair on the carpet, what looks like bugs on the sheets etc. And oh the breakfast offerings are really not worth the calories and the crowds are another thing :/

In such a weather, pool open 7am to 7pm is a pity as night swimming would be nice. Causeway Cafe poor noise insulation n tables do not offer any kind of privacy. Other than that, room is nice n clean. STaff helpful n proximity to mall is a big big plus!

Rooms were of good size and layout. External windows should be kept clean all the time. Now i am disturb by bad view out. When we stayed there, there was a fire alarm system activation. It has taken too long a time( about half an hour) to reset the system after i checked why it had taken so long to establish if there is any real fire condition. Appeared that the hotel had got no established s.o.p. for handling such false alarm. Or is it staff are not competent to hander emergencies. We are return at end of month to stay and it gives me some concern. Hope this shortfall in standards can be resolved asap. Hope this feedback helps. Staff were great. Best rgds. Thank you.

The condition of the room is so bad. The bathroom is unclean with hair all over the shower area and you need to shut the door to move around. It’s too small. The entrance door is worse, not even sound proof or trying to block any sound. Sometimes you can even hear flushing of toilet from the room beside. The water that is filled in your room, comes with a foul smell. The overall finishing is just way below expectations and not even worth the price you’re paying for
