It was great. Shuttle from and to airport was the best.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly. Airport shuttle on time. Will stay there again. Very convenient to the airport.

Best Cosmo's ive ever had

They never cleaned our room. Breakfast was expensive. The restaurant did not have good food. In the middle of nowhere. The shuttle stops in the other two Ibis and takes forever…

No kettle to boil water for a hot drink especially for late arrivals or as a standard item expected in all rooms

Everything you want for comfortable stay. Even free shuttle to/from Schiphol. Room was fantastically clean, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Inhouse bar/breakfast and dinner available. Friendly staff.

Very cold room. Windows are not properly insulated. We can feel wind blowing all night long through the cracks at the windows. The rooms were smelly, but the bed was OK. The only thing good thing I can say the shuttle service was good. It is OK to stay over one night if you have to catch the flight early in the morning. .

The staff was frendly and helpful. The room was clean. The heat could have been warmer. The bar was nice and the food was just okay.

Hotel is very nice as I have stayed there before. The main reason my rating is low is because I had to pay slightly higher price by $8 than what was shown while booking. This is not related to currency exchange at all. Instead, additional fees was hidden and not disclosed and is unacceptable for any amount.

The room was clean

The basic room was fine, but we had a frustrating experience during check-in. We arrived 12 minutes early, and the staff made us sit and wait until the exact check-in time, which seemed unreasonable since the rooms were ready. She simply said, “It’s not check-in time,” and that was it. Afterward, we went to eat because we hadn't had anything all day. The website stated that the restaurant opened at 4 PM, but when we arrived, they informed us it would only open at 6 PM. After waiting until 6 PM, we had to wait a long time just to be seated. I ordered soup, but it was bland, and the egg rolls were frozen in the middle. When I expressed my concern, they just put them back in the deep fryer, making them extremely oily. I ended up not eating them.

Room was just a place to sleep. Everything was clean but very basic. Food was good but they were terribly understaffed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not bad for an overnight stay. They don’t take cash anywhere so it is a bit difficult to get a bottle at the front desk. Staff was alright but didn’t seem to go out of there way to be courteous.

There were only two pillows and both of them were not meant for sleeping, and they were very small.The service was very slow there was only one person behind the desk, and there was a long line.There was a tissue box with only two tissues left. There should also be a bigger variety of breakfast.

Although we had a decent stay at this hotel both times we stayed there, there are a few things worth pointing out. The staff unfortunately has a somewhat cold touch to their demeanor. The 2nd time around, we found a dirty cup in our room and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. On December 31st when guest most likely would have liked to sit around the bar and socialize a bit......it was closed. I have never experienced this before at any hotel.
