Great all around. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were great. Tapas 27 restaurant was fun. Also made us reservations at the tennis club across the street which my son thoroughly enjoyed.

This hotel is truly excellent from top to bottom. The view from the room was spectacular, the staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast was very nice. My only complaint is that as a Platinum member I was supposed to have been upgraded but when I asked, they said it would entail an additional fee. Perhaps the front desk were unaware. It doesn't change the fact that this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a great find in Miraflores. Well located just steps away from the malecon. Wonderful breakfast buffet and fun tapas at the rooftop bar. Helpful and polite staff, special thanks to Geraldine, Andre and Michel. Rooms were decorated in soothing colors and state of the art lighting, fixtures and furnishings. My only suggestion is to provide more instructions on how to use the in room espresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay at a reasonable price point.

Mi estadía de cuatro días en Souma Miraflores fue simplemente excelente. Le doy un 10 de 10. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, con todo muy cerca y de fácil acceso. Toda la información que recibimos sobre la zona fue muy útil y acertada. También disfrutamos de los restaurantes del hotel; la comida fue deliciosa y el servicio impecable en cada ocasión. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Diego, quien nos recibió en el área de recepción. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, alegre y profesional. Hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bienvenidos, lo cual hizo una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. También deseo reconocer a Melinda, del restaurante del primer piso. Su atención fue excepcional. Siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones sobre la zona y se aseguró de que disfrutáramos cada comida. Su amabilidad y dedicación hicieron que cada desayuno fuera una experiencia muy agradable. El desayuno fue delicioso y el servicio, en general, fue extraordinario. Sin duda, cuando regrese a Lima, volveré a hospedarme en este hotel. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes busquen una excelente ubicación, un servicio de primera y una experiencia inolvidable.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant modern interiors and a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The location in Miraflores is excellent—within walking distance of the waterfront, Larcomar, and many great restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring Lima. One of the things that made my stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. As an Expedia Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade as well as a welcome drink, both of which were greatly appreciated. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I also loved the selection of complimentary teas in the room—it was a lovely touch after long days of exploring the city. The rooftop is another highlight, offering beautiful ocean views, a fantastic pool, and the perfect place to relax while watching the sunset. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend SOUMA Hotel to anyone visiting Lima. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

It was absolutely amazing. Everything !!! Modern, clean rooms. All amenities acceded all my expectations ! Heated pool of the roof top- with bar and restaurant service. Sauna and spa service. I got Excellent massage. All staff professional, attentive and spoke English.

Good location and if you are a tennis fan there is a tennis club with clay courts just crossing the street.

Very helpful friendly staff.. lovely room great views two comfortable beds heaps of pillows. Great restaurants on site.. and easy safe walking to other great restaurants and shopping…
