It was magical. The room was very comfortable with gorgeous views of trees and ocean. What a lovely get away. We really loved the activities that were offered on the property and were sad we couldn't extend a few nights.

Just...wow. couldnt step 10 feet without staff asking if i needed anything. Beautiful property. Could get prime spots near the pool or beach without having to wait for a seat. If it wasnt for the 18 hour flight for for me, i would go every year.

Employees are great, we arrived at the resort early . They didn’t have a room available, so we wait 5 hours. On a steamy weather… A day before we leave we can’t sleep because o banging on the other rooms, they fixing rooms .. shangrila should have gives us a head up so we can get out on the beach while their fixing rooms it was BAD. We went there to relax but unfortunately it wasn’t what I’m expecting….

The resort is pricey but worth every penny! From the van picking you up at the airport, to the private lounge before getting on the private ferry to thr beat of drums welcoming you to paradise everything was absolutely beautiful. Cant wait to return for my 30th weddings anniversary next year.

A little slice of heaven in the Philippines! The property and the staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly and very accommodating! This is my wife and my daughter’s first time visiting the Philippines and we all had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Thank you all for everything!

The perfect getaway. Booked the treehouse villa and could have easily extended our stay. Joyce and Robert were the perfect hosts. Will be back soon I hope. It’s paradise.

Family of 3, stayed for 4 nights in a family room. In summary, I would definitely stay here again. Room and facilities were great. Staff were so helpful. Transfer to/from the airport was by van and speedboat offering a great view of the island. Room was spacious, quiet and clean with an excellent view of Punta Bunga beach. Only issue were the sliding balcony doors in neighbouring rooms - there was a lot of vibration when another room opened their balcony doors. Food options at the resort were good. Buffet breakfast at Vintana offered a wide array pan-Asian and Western cuisine. You can also dine right next to Banyugan beach at their Cielo restaurant which offered Western cusine. Travelling to other parts of Boracay was quite easy - either use the resort's shuttle service to D'Mall at scheduled times or our personal preference of hiring a tricycle whenever we needed to. There pool area was large enough and contained multiple jacuzzi areas. It was around 4ft deep but they offered life jackets to smaller kids which allowed my daughter to really enjoy the pool. It was also right next to Banyugan beach which had excellent views of sunsets. There were a lot of activities onsite: An entertainment centre offering table tennis, pool and other games. A large dedicated play area for kids. A larger than average hotel gym. A spa, tennis courts and several other bookable activities. The resort is large but walkable. However, a buggy service is available when needed.

What an amazing place to holiday. Loved all the facilities including the multiple pools, private beaches, spa, games room for kids, breakfast buffet and dining options. We never wanted to leave.

We really enjoyed our stray at Shangri-La Boracay. Food, room, wonderful beach. Everything was great!
