Been a long time since we stayed here but glad we came back. One night stay romm nice and clean good size bathroom ok. Used nice pool area, drank in bar and used complimentary EV charger.the best thing was the staff, reception and bar, all helpfull friendly and knowledgeable. Alrsady planning to return

The heater in the room was not working. It felt extremely cold even after it stayed on for over 2 hours. The room was quite cold however the person at reception helped me get a portable heater which finally helped with getting the room warmed up.

Hotel is outdated. On checking in I was asked whether I wanted the room to be cleaned, which I agreed too. However, during my 3 day stay the room was only cleaned once, where I had to go and remind them. The phone in the room wasn't working so had to go to reception in order to speak to them. In addition, WiFi was poor in the rooms, which they addressed after making a complaint. I was with a work colleague who also had similar issues with the WiFi. The food was poor and over priced. As a result I saw a number of people getting deliveries to reception. I decided to eat out. Would I recommend this hotel, personally no. But each to their own.
