Very clean, big and tidy hotel Access to Disneysea and Disneyland is very easy. Right in front of the hotel there is a shuttle bus to Bayside station to continue using the Disney train to Disneysea and Disneyland. Breakfast is nice and there is a minimart and some nice cafes in the hotel area. Very super recommended

Thank you for the happiness that my son Dylan was able to feel on his birthday with a very nice room decoration (2026), a delicious birthday cake, even birthday greetings from the staff at the restaurant by Mrs. Lusi and other restaurant staff, also Chef Febri who has made delicious food for my son's birthday, also the room staff who has decorated my son's birthday greeting, Mr. Devi, Mr. Rahmat and the friendly Front Office staff, also dinner at the Sheraton Club which was delicious and the friendly and humble dining restaurant staff provided wine for us to enjoy and gave our son cold drinks to enjoy. Our son was truly happy and memorable on his birthday in 2025 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank you also to the security and front staff who have kept our suitcases safe while we left them ❣️ Indomie at the restaurant is the best of the best (My son's reason Please celebrate your birthday at the Sheraton) 👍👍🥰🥰 Hopefully, we'll be able to celebrate our family's little things at the Sheraton again, Amen ❣️ Oh yeah, I want to upload a lot, but here the upload limit is only 10 photos, okay? 😍 Blessings 🫰🏻

When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.
