We have a room that has a large supporting beam in the middle of the room, obstructing We were not informed of this before and it didn’t show on any of the pictures. We were told that this is the case for all family rooms.

We were charged twice for our stay. I had to request a credit and it took two days to process. The credit amount was less than the original charges. Our room had a sewer backup on day 1. They didn’t even offer to change our rooms. Also pool access was denied to us because we had a child less than 5 years old. Very noisy hotel and you can hear street traffic all night. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience and the hotel never attempted to offer us anything like a cup of coffee on the house.
